The shame of getting taken out by a move named "Toot Laser" is going to be real, but we're here for it. Patrick even has a move where he turns buff, "Spinning Lariat", just like he did in the Fry Cook Games episode. Moves like "No It's Patrick" are pretty clear SpongeBob references to the episode Big Pink Loser, but you've also got moves that many think are taken from Battle For Bikini Bottom, such as the "Belly Flop" and "Belly Bump". Patrick gets the exact same love for his moveset.
There are also some specifically meme-focused moves like "Chomp", which is literally just based on an image of SpongeBob biting the air, and "Running Slip", which is based on a meme of SpongeBob tripping mid-air. Some of SpongeBob's highlights include the "Imagination Clap", which is based on the early Idiot Box episode, and the "Order Up" move which is a direct callback to the first-ever episode of the show, where SpongeBob solves a problem with anchovies and gets hired at The Krusty Krab. Many of SpongeBob and Patrick's moves are straight-up memes from the show or just deep cuts that prove that the developers know what they're doing with these characters.

Beyond excitement for the game, the main reason why these movesets seem to be getting so much love is because of how meme-y they are.
